Bainbridge City Hall

Bainbridge Island, WA

Original designed by iconic PNW architect Miller Hull when the city was founded in the late ‘90’s/ early 2000’s, the politics (form of government) and administrative (departmental) needs of the City have changed over the years. Add to it technology, and the public face of Bainbridge Islands services were an opportunity to re-organize and restructure to add staff capacity better serve the community.

The new lobby/ counter design accommodates five additional city staff members and a new community meeting room. It also improves circulation and access control, and adds more project consultation counter space.
